This concert will be the launch concert for our new organ which will now feature in regular series of organ recitals and events.

Matt Walters AKA Reductio began learning the organ at Downside School under Christopher Tambling and Toby Moschard. He then studied classics at Homerton College, Cambridge concurrently with an organ scholarship. Here he accompanied and conducted the Charter Choir and performed in many notable venues including St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Portsmouth Cathedral and Pembroke College. After university he worked at an estate agency in Bristol before pursuing a career in music.

In 2023/24 he completed a year as the Associate Artist at Fairfield Halls, London, and is now the Associate Musician at Dulwich Prep & Senior. He has performed many solo concerts around the UK and internationally in places such as Bath Abbey, Manchester Cathedral and Melbourne, Australia, uniquely combining a wide range of music – classical music, film music, pop music and some of his own compositions. He also produces dance music, sampling classical music into his productions.

Matt has been building a growing online following with over 140,000 followers across platforms, has had a news piece done on him by ITV News, and has had his music played on BBC Radio 2.
