Dr Jessica Clapham is offering a workshop for people of all ages to try out new ways of writing. The workshop aims to offer a safe space for participants to explore their own feelings in response to a piece of poetry, prose, music or images. Participants can do so by creating their own writing as part of this response, then choose to share with others (there is never an obligation for sharing one’s writing) and to consider the responses of others.
The workshop will appeal to anyone who is interested in the power of writing for personal development and transformation. Writing for Wellbeing it is a fun and informal way of writing without any academic pressures or requirements!
