No Yoga Experience Necessary!

From Newborn – 5years old (siblings of any age can come along) 

Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat. If you don’t have one, I have a few to loan for the session, but limited so must book ahead. 

Please make sure you had medical clearance from your doctor or midwife to exercise, if you have recently given birth up to 6 weeks.
